Ingredients:
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Peel and slice sweet potatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, butter, milk, salt, pepper and egg.
- Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with brown sugar, pecans and raisins.
