Ingredients:

  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Peel and slice sweet potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, butter, milk, salt, pepper and egg.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and top with brown sugar, pecans and raisins.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
